We have compiled a list of some of the questions that we receive. If you still have something you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the Warranty policy?

We certainly want you to feel happy and comfortable while our shoes. Although we did our best and have checked our products before we ship them to you, unfortunately, sometimes the unexpected happens. Please let us know if there is something wrong / broken with your shoes, we will gladly fix it for free as long as your warranty is still valid.

 

Warranty applies to : broken heels / materials / accessories. Does not apply to damages of the hardbox/pouches, or other kind of damages caused by shipping mishandling / improper usage / natural disasters. Valid for 30 days after purchase.

How long does it take to pre order shoes?

Generally, it takes us about 4-7 days for us to process your order from receiving the order until we ship it to your door. However, we are not a fan of giving empty promise, hence we would say that we need maximum of 14 days until the day we ship your order. We would suggest you to plan this as early as you can.

Can I order a special size?

Yes, you can. However, an additional cost may apply since we need to make the new shoe last according to your request.

Can I customize a shoe model?

Absolutely! You can either choose our collection and customize the height or type of the heel, the colour, or even the accessories. Moreover, you can also give us your own design and let us do the work. However, we will need to discuss first and make sure that we are capable to create the shoes you desire.
